Only worked for a few days. Now I cant get to my account

Never does what you want it to do. Makes me sign in over and over again. Hard to search for items. Terribly disappointing.

Makes me re-select my home library each time. Once I do that, it remembers my account info at least... But doing a simple search takes a LOT more time and drilling than it should. Hopefully an update will fix this - it seems like it should be an easy fix...

Forget the bug fixes. This app needs a major redesign. The search function is the real problem. Absolutely terrible. I dont need to catalog the details; try it and youll see.

This was working fine but after the latest update it will not work. Please FIT it!!!!

After GCPL updated their catalog this app no longer is able to place holds. Any attempt is met with an error message. This USED to be a great app- please fix it!!

I dont know if its the app, my local library or a mix of the two, but i keep getting error msgs when trying to load books on my phone. On iPad the app loads but can not find my local library network.

This was my favorite go-to app for our library! Now our system, Gwinnett County, Georgia is no where to be found! Bummer!!!

Every search yields nothing but return to account menu (renew etc) instead of finding wanted title.

Will not reset pin. Has no contact for patron issues.

I really wanted to like this app but find that it rarely ever works. Cannot count how many times I have attempted to log into my library account and gotten a message saying there was an error loading the page and to try again. Numerous attempts at reloading just leave me frustrated. No point to even having this on my phone until some major bug fixes occur.

Fast and simple app. Great for checking out and viewing items.

I really would like better updates on this app. It needs a simple menu. This app does not work and is not worth getting.

This would be a great app if it worked!!! Its hard to navigate and not at all user friendly. More frustrating than useful. Searches never work, it seems like the last upgrade made it even less useable.

This app is great when it works, unfortunately, most of the time it doesnt work.

I had hoped I would be able to download ebooks from the app, but no.

This app could be super useful if only it would work properly. I check every week to see if I have books I need to renew or return and the app has caused me to miss some and incur fines. Currently it is only letting me look at my holds which is not very helpful at all. I am really hoping for improvements on it.

This would be an amazing app if all its functions worked properly. Searching a title sometimes does not work, searching the author will. Also once an item is found about half the time you cannot get to a display of details.

I use to love this app I could find and hold books from my local library now my local libraries have somehow disappeared from the listing please fix

Designed for iOS of 5 years ago. Searches by author return useless results (try Stephen King) and cant be limited by author. Bails to web views for relatively simple tasks. No integration with local calendar app at all. Loading
