Significantly less useful

Our library asked us to update our app to this, and suddenly its much more of a hassle to do my library business from my phone. It is a pain to have to log in 5 times in one season just to place holds and renew books. If it could remember by log in that would be perfect but as it is I have to log in several times in each season making it less worth my time and energy.
